The diameters of the bodies and the difference in their heights are designed for operation with cauldrons from 22 to 25. The furnace is equipped with a damper, which makes it possible to control the intensity of combustion and the temperature in the furnace. For ease of transportation and off-season storage, the chimney and legs are removable. The furnace door and grate are cast iron. Handles - art forging. Painting - black matte heat-resistant paint (withstands up to 650 degrees).
2. Cauldron 22 liters cast iron with aluminum lid (production Uzbekistan, Namangan) - one of the most popular cast iron cauldrons. Its volume allows you to cook meals for a company of up to 25 people. Like all Namangan cauldrons, it has a smooth inner surface, thanks to which dishes do not burn during cooking, but the main feature of this cauldron is that it has incredibly thick walls from 7 to 9 mm, and in some cases reach 10 mm, this allows the cauldron to retain heat and evenly influence the food being cooked.
