This set includes a real Uzbek cauldron for 16 liters from Namangan (Uzbekistan). The furnace with a pipe is made of heat-resistant steel mm thick. The pipe is removable, in the outlet of the furnace there is a damper (gate), which is designed to adjust the draft. The stove stands on four legs, which makes it very stable (the legs are removable). Painted with heat-resistant paint that can withstand up to 650 C. In a 16-liter cauldron, you can cook pilaf and many other dishes for a company of 2 to 16 people.
