A strict multifunctional and practical barbecue complex with a full-fledged oven for a cauldron with a chimney and a meter wide thick-walled brazier. The roof is a sheet of steel, 1 mm thick, which will always protect you from cold rain and snow or the scorching sun. The brazier is collapsible and convenient for transportation. It has a removable roof, a square profile with a section of 20 mm and a thickness of 2 mm steel that holds the roof, a removable brazier and a cauldron oven with a removable chimney. The furnace is reinforced with a grate made of square bar, 10mm thick. The base of the brazier is divided into 2 sections, on the left: a table for the oven, along with a wooden tabletop, and in the center and on the right, a rack for a brazier with a mesh wall.

Both sections have comfortable, roomy designs in their design lower shelves on which you can place kitchen utensils, cauldrons, pots or use them as firewood. The diameter of the furnace opening under the cauldron is 360 mm, which is optimal for cauldrons with a volume of 10-12 liters. At your request, the stove can be equipped with a burner for a kettle and a frying pan or with segmented steel rings, for smaller cauldrons.

In the basic configuration, the brazier is made of high-quality 3mm steel (the seams of the product are completely welded, the bottom and walls are also 3mm). Additionally, you can strengthen the brazier up to 5 mm, as well as equip it with ash drawers. They are necessary for more accurate regulation of the flow of oxygen to the coals, and as a result, a more comfortable cooking process. With an average intensity of use, the service life of a brazier made of 3 mm steel is about 5-7 years, and when the brazier is strengthened up to 5 mm, it is at least 10 years.

The brazier can be equipped with a barbecue lid and special grill grates, the bar thickness of which is 1cm! These options greatly expand the range of dishes you can cook. Both classic barbecue on coals and smoked meat or fish under a barbecue cover are excellent. On the grill you can cook steaks, vegetables, mushrooms and even pears with nuts for dessert.

The oven under the cauldron will give you the opportunity to treat yourself and your loved ones to cooking dishes of Oriental and Asian cuisine, such as basma, stewed meat in a cauldron, lagman and Tajik pilaf. A brazier with a barbecue lid can be used as a hot smoked smokehouse by placing wood chips or branches of fruit trees on burning coals. The lid is equipped with a temperature sensor and a valve for more accurate and comfortable adjustment of the concentration of smoke inside the chamber, since this is important when smoking certain products.
