The brazier can be equipped with a barbecue lid and special grill grates, the bar thickness of which is 1cm! These options greatly expand the range of dishes you can cook. Both classic barbecue on coals and smoked meat or fish under a barbecue cover are excellent. On the grill you can cook steaks, vegetables, mushrooms and even pears with nuts for dessert. A brazier with a barbecue lid can be used as a hot smoked smokehouse by placing wood chips or branches of fruit trees on burning coals. The lid is equipped with a temperature sensor and a valve for more accurate and comfortable adjustment of the smoke concentration inside the chamber, since this is important when smoking certain products.
