Smoke, in turn, gives the products a more pronounced smoky taste and aroma than when cooked without a barbecue lid. Moreover, you can cook both meat and fish, as well as vegetables.

In order to control the heat of the coals, a thermometer is installed on the lid. You can add or subtract heat using the rotary valve located next to the thermometer. Try, experiment with different products, and you will discover familiar charcoal dishes in a new color.
