The furnace-firebox is installed on the edge of the brazier and fixed on it due to special grooves. Unlike simple coasters and hangers for cauldrons, it has a number of advantages. First of all, the furnace-firebox has walls, which means that the heat from firewood and coals will be more concentrated around the cauldron. At the same time, the cauldron is not just installed on the stove, it is immersed in it. This makes it easier to maintain the high temperature level required for most dishes in the cauldron. The presence of a chimney, in turn, creates additional draft, from which the coals flare up even more, and the smoke itself does not interfere with cooking.

The stove can also be used to prepare coals for a barbecue grill. It is enough to place coals or firewood in the oven compartment, they will quickly flare up there. As a result, you will have red-hot coals ready, which at any time can be raked into the main part of the brazier with a poker.
