The structure is made of square pipe, section 40 * 40 mm, sheet metal roof 1 mm thick. The entire metal part is covered with heat-resistant matte CERTA enamel (can withstand up to 1000 degrees)

The brazier complex has comfortable tables for comfortable work of the cook, shelves for storing kitchen utensils, as well as a convenient bench.

Barbecue brazier

You can choose one of two types of brazier

1. Regular - with holes for blowing on the front and back wall. The working dimensions of the brazier are 60*35 cm, depth 17 cm, 8 slots for skewers on top.
2. With an ash drawer. There are no holes for blowing like on a classic brazier, but there is a grate (perforated bottom) and a drawer (ash pan). Fine ash gets into it after the coals burn out, and by opening / closing the box, you can adjust the air flow for blowing. The working size of the brazier is 60* 35 cm, the depth is 15 cm

The thickness of the metal of the brazier is 3 or 5 mm to choose from

Cauldron oven

The cauldron oven is made taking into account all the comments of our customers and extensive experience in cooking various dishes in a cauldron.

Here is:

1. Pipe with "fungus" - the pipe will provide good draft, and the fungus will protect against precipitation entering the furnace.
2. The damper (gate) - is located in the outlet under the pipe, shuts off the draft when it is necessary to maintain minimal combustion.
3. The grate - located inside the furnace, it is needed to supply oxygen to the combustion chamber, as well as to remove ash.
4. The ash pan is a very important element, it is necessary to adjust the draft and intensity of combustion. It is also necessary for collecting ashes. Please note that some manufacturers make this element in the form of a blower door, which significantly narrows the functionality. At a minimum, to remove the ashes, you will have to turn the oven upside down
