The barbecue cover provides additional opportunities for cooking on the grill. It can be used both with skewers and with a grill grate. The main purpose of the product is the ability to bake and smoke products. When the lid is closed under it, the effect of an oven is created, the hot air from the coals does not immediately go up, but envelops the food. In this mode, in addition to infrared radiation from coals, products undergo heat treatment with hot air and smoke. Smoke, in turn, gives the products a more pronounced smoky taste and aroma than when cooked without a barbecue lid. Moreover, you can cook both meat and fish, as well as vegetables.
