Barbecue brazier

You can choose one of two types of brazier

1. Classic - with holes for blowing on the front and rear wall. The working dimensions of the brazier are 100*35 cm, the depth is 17 cm, there are 13 slots for skewers on top. Choice of steel thickness 3 or 5 mm (walls and bottom)
2. With ash drawers. There are no holes for blowing like on a classic brazier, but there is a grate (perforated bottom) and drawers (ash pans). Fine ash gets into them after the coals burn out, and by opening / closing the drawer, you can adjust the air flow for blowing. Working dimensions of the brazier 100 * 35 cm, depth 15 cm. Weight of the brazier: 54 kg

Grill

Barbecue brazier, equipped with a lid and five grill grates.

With their help, the classic barbecue will cook faster and be more juicy. Cook steaks, vegetables, mushrooms, smoked meat, fish and much more.

The grate is made of steel square bar 10*10 mm (can be replaced with stainless steel for an extra charge). The size of one grate is 360*20 mm.

A valve is provided in the upper part of the lid to bleed excess smoke, as well as a sensor to control the cooking temperature.

The BBQ lid is removed and installed in seconds , but without even removing it, you can cook on skewers like on a regular grill.

Cauldron oven

Cauldron oven is made taking into account all the comments of our buyers and extensive experience in cooking various dishes in a cauldron.

Here is:

1. Pipe with "fungus" - the pipe will provide good traction, and the fungus will protect against precipitation entering the oven.
2. The damper (gate) - is located in the outlet under the pipe, shuts off the draft when it is necessary to maintain minimal combustion.
3. The grate is located inside the furnace, it is needed to supply oxygen to the combustion chamber, and also for ash removal.
4. The ash pan is a very important element, it is necessary to adjust the draft and intensity of combustion. It is also necessary for collecting ashes. Please note that some manufacturers make this element in the form of a blower door, which significantly narrows the functionality. At a minimum, to remove the ashes, you will have to turn the stove upside down
