The Iskander 400 barbecue oven will help you cook an endless variety of fragrant dishes in a cauldron, bake a barbecue under a lid, fry on charcoal grill or just cook a classic barbecue on skewers. But that's not all. Thanks to the thoughtful design of the device, you can smoke meat or fish like in a real Texas smoker.

Barbecue:

• The size of the brazier firebox is 64.5 x 35.5 cm Depth 15 cm (optimal for comfortable cooking)
• The thickness of the metal is 3 mm, this is quite enough for the brazier to work for at least 10 years. In the lower part of the brazier, due to the technology of overlapping two layers of metal, the thickness is 6 mm, which provides additional strength of the welds from burning through
• blower for coals. By opening and closing the ash drawers, you can regulate the air flow.
• The front and back walls of the brazier firebox have a trapezoidal shape, this protects the metal from deformation when exposed to high temperatures
• If you like to cook on skewers, then you will definitely appreciate the correct cutouts for fixing. 13 curly slots will allow you to rotate the skewers without lifting them.

The oven for a cauldron:

• It has a bore diameter of 394 mm, allows you to use cauldron 12l. You can cook delicious treats for a company of up to 12 people
• The thickness of the furnace metal is 3 mm. As well as in the firebox of the brazier, overlap technology is used here
• The stove is equipped with a chimney, a grate and a blower with an ash box. The fire in the furnace is controlled. Ash, ashes and small coals do not fall under the stove, but fall into the ash drawer - cleanliness, order, and fire safety are guaranteed.
• A thick cast-iron grate will not burn through or deform
• Chimney stainless steel (diameter 10 mm). There is a damper (flap) on the outlet for the chimney for adjusting the draft.
• In the inner part of the furnace, near the outlet, there is a flame cutter.

Charcoal grill:

• The lid and grill grate allows you to use this device as a charcoal grill - roast large pieces of meat or birds with the taste and aroma of smoking. You can also remove the grate and cook the kebab under a closed lid, so your kebab is completely baked, and you get rid of the problem of "burned outside and raw inside"
• The thermometer makes it possible to control the heat under the lid, and the presence of ventilation flaps and ash drawers allows you to adjust it.
• Stainless steel grate. steel - is not afraid of shocks, the rods are quickly removed and are easy to clean after use in the sink or dishwasher.
• In cold and windy weather, the lid will be most useful.
• The handles will always be cool due to their design.
• If necessary, move the coal, lift the grate with one hand , and the other, taking the right tool, such as a poker, to perform the necessary actions.

How to smoke like a Texas smoker

• Install a cast-iron stove on the stove under the cauldron.
• Open the ash drawer and the stove damper. We kindle firewood and let it burn down to the level of coal.
• Place the product on the grill grate on the right side and close the barbecue grill lid.
• Open the right air damper of the grill lid, and close the left one.
• By closing the chimney damper and opening the partition between the stove and the barbecue, we direct the draft through the lid.
• Adjust the cooking temperature with the amount of wood / coal, ash drawer and lid air damper.
• Thus, hot smoke and heat from the oven under the cauldron will fill the barbecue bowl, and you will get a wonderful result.

Iskander 400 Comfort Air with a grill lid and a stainless steel grate is delivered unassembled, in two boxes .

Assembly takes about two hours. Comes with instructions and a hex wrench. To install the wheels, you will need a 19 wrench (not included)
